Napoleon III black marble mantel with red marble columns

Tall black magnificent architectural marble mantel with detached red marble columns and red marble inlays on the entablature, column base and top of jambs. The red columns are ringed with black marble at the entasis.

Notice the difference between the depth of the sides and that of the shelf. The shelf itself is 40,5cm deep.
Very good condition.
