FADparis.com website is edited by PleinSite Ltd.
FADparis.com is a portal in the realm of decoration.
Its aim is:

• To put private individuals and professionals in touch with one another,
• To bring a flow of interested visitors on the professionals' website,
• To show the visitors a wide range of decoration professionals and the products they present.

FADparis.com website enables decoration professionals (hereinafter referred to as « the exhibitors ») –antique dealers, decorators, craftspeople, sellers, artists...– to create their showcase, describe their activity and publish photos of their products. The exhibitor controls the presentation of his/her showcase, in the "showcase control" menu created for that purpose.

The Internet users (hereinafter referred to as "the visitors") visit FADparis.com website pages where all the products of all the exhibitors are listed and displayed in categories. They can look at the details of each product file, as well as each exhibitor's showcase.

The present General Terms and Conditions of Use apply to the exhibitors as well as to the visitors.

The visitor and the exhibitor are put in touch with one another if the "Offer" chosen by the exhibitor permits it:

• Either directly, the exhibitor's personal information (link to his/her website, phone number, address or email address) are given to the visitor,
• Or indirectly, the visitor exchange messages with the exhibitor through Fadparis.com private email software. To use this service, the visitor must become a member of Fadparis.com.

The member area offers varied services to the visitor:

• private email service to get the answer to his/her message,
• archiving of products and exhibitors,
• alarm service to know about new products on the website.

Members' private information are used by FADparis.com only, unless duly stipulated authorization. Members are sent emails by FADparis.com only to inform them of a message arrival in FADparis.com private email software.

Whenever a contact between a visitor and an exhibitor results in a transaction, it is entirely the exhibitor's responsibility to deal with the visitor (payment, delivery, general conditions of sale...). PleinSite Ltd is not, in any way, third-part in the effective finalization of the transaction, neither for the payment, nor for the product delivery or the charged services resulting from the contact being made through FADParis.com website.

General conditions

Information accuracy:

Information given on FADparis.com website are as accurate as possible and Fadparis.com website is regularly updated. However some inaccuracies, omissions or lacuna may occur. The prices indicated by the exhibitors do not include delivery charges.

Website modifications:

Some showcase and product data are liable to be modified by the exhibitors without prior notice. The website lay out and design are liable to be modified by PleinSite Ltd without prior notice. The latter reserves the right to add categories in order to enhance the visibility of FADparis.com products.

Visitors and exhibitors contact service:

Questions asked in the heading « Contact the seller » are immediately sent to the exhibitors. Exhibitors are responsible for any delay in answering.

Technical availability:

PleinSite Ltd puts at your disposal a technical platform based on a software application and a data base linked to the Internet web. Access to FADparis.com website is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for:

• Maintenance periods necessary for the site smooth running,
• Circumstances of Force Majeure, accidental or external reasons (for instance: Web connection, Internet service providers).

Data processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties:

As stipulated by the Act N°78-17 of January 6th 1978 (*) with regard to information technology, data filing systems and liberties, the website was notified to the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés, the French Data Protection Authority (http://www.cnil.fr). Notification on March 3rd 2007.

Exhibitors: Collected personal data are meant for internal use by FADparis.com website. They are used for targeted contact services managed by FADparis.com.

Error report:

In order to help us ameliorate our website services, any doubtful or erroneous content can be reported to PleinSite Ltd by email or mail. In case of complaint linked to concealment, fraud or counterfeit, relevant documents will be required to deal with the situation.

Intellectual property:

PleinSite's trademark is registered to INPI (National Institute of Industrial Property) and is the exclusive property of PleinSite Ltd. FADParis.com full contents, graphics, images, texts, logos, photos, icons as well as lay out and design, are the exclusive property of PleinSite Ltd, except for the exhibitors' showcase contents and products. Showcase contents and products are the exclusive property of the exhibitors. Visitors and Exhibitors commit themselves not to copy, reproduce, alter, modify any content in FADparis.com website without the prior written authorization of the owner (PleinSite Ltd or exhibitor).

Modification of General Terms and Conditions of Use:

FADparis.com reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions of Use any time, the visitors and the exhibitors being notified of any update on line in the website.
